FABRICATION

Our Degree qualified design staff can supply you with a full range of design services. Our studio is fully equipped with the latest Apple Mac computers running the latest sign and design software. Using these resources our designers can process concepts and designs from an initial brief through to full signage scheme proposals.

We provide extensive manufacturing facilities in our 3,000 sq/ft fabrication shop, including precision saws, metal cutting guillotines and CNC routers We process aluminium, stainless steel, steel, timber and a full range of plastics, offering a full fabrication and cutting service.

VINYL & PERSPEX LETTERING

We offer a complete service for the supply of vinyl and architectural lettering. With our range of vinyl cutting plotters and CNC routers we can process all grades of self-adhesive vinyl, plastics and metals. From indoor and outdoor
quality vinyls to Foamex, Perspex, timber aluminium and steel we cut letters from 10mm to 1000mm and beyond. We can also supply built up, moulded and internally illuminated letters to make your project stand out from the crowd.

	ENGRAVING & ROUTING
	We have continually invested in the latest computer engraving technology to enable us to offer a prompt and competitive engraving and routing service. Our systems contain over 5,000 fonts and include the facility to scan logos as well as import a wide range of file formats. Working in plastic, metal and timber we supply any product from a single label to architectural and built up letters.
	GERBER EDGE GRAPHICS
	With the amazing Gerber Edge System virtually any image can be reproduced to any size, in any quantity without the need for expensive origination costs. We print on a range of materials either in spot colour or process with the added facility to contour cut images.

INSTALLATION
On site installations are carried out by our experienced fixing crews operating out of fully equipped vans. All our crews are trained to a high standard including current licences for access platforms, towers and working at heights. In addition to sign installation we can supply and fit trough lights and downlighters to give your signs the attention they deserve.
